Brushes & Brews: Watercolor Pet Portrait Workshop

Calling all pet lovers and aspiring artists! Join us for a guided watercolor workshop at Vacancy Brewing. Starting with just a photo, you’ll learn how to paint your furry friend with the guidance of talented watercolor artist, Carlie Rudisill.

🖌️ What to Expect:

In this hands-on class, Carlie will guide you through the process of painting your pet using watercolor techniques. Whether your furry friend has floppy ears, bright eyes, or a wagging tail, Carlie will help you bring their personality to life on paper. No prior painting experience is necessary – just a love for your pet and a desire to unleash your creativity!

🎨 The Instructor:

Meet Carlie! Not only is she the Lead Bartender at Vacancy Brewing, but she has also been painting watercolor for over a decade. She is currently pursuing a degree in Art Therapy, where she’s learning to teach students how to express themselves through art.

🐶 How to Prepare:

Before the class, email a photo of your pet to carlie@vacancybrewing.com. Clear, un-cropped, full body shots with uncluttered backgrounds work best. This ensures the pet’s proportions are correct in the finished product.
