Join us for a relaxing CBD yoga series in collaboration with local CBD brand Redeemer Small Batch!
Kick off your practice with a gentle dose of Redeemer Small Batch’s premium CBD, then flow through an all-levels vinyasa class led by Sarah from Waterloo Yoga. After class, we’ll help you unwind with Redeemer’s Revival Salve to ease any areas of tension.
Stick around after class for a beer or hop water (included with your ticket).
