Chef’s Table: A modern interpretation of Laotian cuisine in America
Chef Bob of SXSE Food Co. will guide you through multiple (6-8) courses expertly paired with Vacancy Brewing’s beers. Courses will include different techniques of traditional Lao cooking such as, steaming, mortar and pestle and grilling just to name a few. Each meal may contain at least one crudo/raw item, seafood and/or shellfish. Although many dishes will be gluten free it’s not guaranteed that all dishes will be prepared as such. The use of nuts and dairy will be very limited but some dishes are unavoidable and we kindly request that no alterations to the dishes be made.
Cost: $95 per seat (minimum 2 seats required)
Due now: $25 per seat (non-refundable) deposit
Remaining balance: $70 per seat due at conclusion of dinner
